Three-color spring rolls

My husband likes to eat spring rolls very much, and I often make them myself. I like leeks, carrots, eggs, and bean sprouts. This time, I used the ingredients I had at home, and the bean sprouts were gone. The method is very simple, everyone will know by looking at the picture.

Steps for Three-color spring rolls

Fry the eggs.

Shred leeks and carrots in water, and remove the water.

Shred eggs.
