Cold mixed purple radish

I like purple, and many clothes and ornaments are also purple. When I see purple vegetables, I can't help but buy them home. I fell in love with purple radish for the first time. It does not have the spicy taste of white radish. It is crispy and juicy than white radish, making it very suitable for cold salad.
Recipe Recommendations

Steps for Cold mixed purple radish

Wash the purple radish with its skin and cut into small strips.

Add 1.5 teaspoons of salt and mix well, marinate for 30 minutes.
