Steps for Milk toast

Ingredients: 250 g high-gluten flour, 50 g ordinary flour, 15 g butter, 170 ml water, 30 g white sugar, 4 g yeast, 2 g salt, 15 g milk powder, 30 g egg liquid

Weigh all ingredients, except butter, and pour into the inner cylinder of the bread maker.

Select the kneading work position and mix the dough for 20 minutes, add the butter and continue kneading.

After the bread machine completes the dough mixing process, you can check whether the dough has reached the expansion stage.

Fermentation for the first time to twice the original size, gently squeeze the dough with your hands to remove bubbles, and then ferment for the second time.

After the dough has been fermented for the second time, take it out, divide it into the required portions and press to remove air bubbles.

Roll out the relaxed dough into beef tongue slices.
