Sweet purple potato bag

Sweet purple potato bag
I often made meat buns some time ago, and I was tired of eating them. I just wanted to change things. There was still a little left when I made purple sweet potato and black rice porridge this morning. It was a pity to throw it away. When I was in a daze at the pot, LG said I would use it to make steamed buns.
Purple pastries should look good. I've had purple potatoes for sweet potato cakes before, and I think it's OK to make buns. He pulled out the remaining pieces of purple potato. The pink and purple steamed buns are really cute when they are steamed. But not long after it was cooked, the color darkened. Not as beautiful as I thought. But the taste is okay. Hehe.
