Steps for Cold tofu

Dried yuba blooms in water (half an hour).

Shred the soaked tofu bamboo. Shred peppers, pickled peppers. Cut the garlic into minced pieces. Mix the tofu bamboo with soy sauce, salt, and chicken essence.3
Heat the oil and add dried Zanthoxylum bungeanum to make Zanthoxylum bungeanum oil (remove Zanthoxylum bungeanum seeds). Immediately pour the oil on the mixed yuba, stir and serve.
