Steps for Leek Pancakes

Wash the leeks and dice them.

Cut the ham sausage into the ground.

Put the minced leeks in a basin, add the minced ham sausage, beat in the eggs, and add a little salt.

After stirring, add the flour and stir well.

After the pan is heated, add a small amount of oil, shake the appropriate amount of batter with a spoon, spread it into a small cake, and flatten it with the bottom of the spoon, making it as uniform as possible.
