Steps for Braised pork with carrot
1
Cut the pork belly into cubes, pass over hot water, and pay attention to cold water.2
Mix the entire packet of braised pork seasoning with 100ml of cold water and mix well. This is the sauce.3
Take out the small pot, put a little oil in it, turn on a low heat, and briefly soak the hot pork in the oil for about 5 seconds in total.4
Next to step 3, put the mushroom slices, carrot slices, dates, aniseed buns, shallot pieces, and the freshly prepared sauce into the small pot in step 3, and continue to add cold water until all the ingredients are just dipped in water, and then add the wrapped boiled egg. Note that the water does not soak the entire boiled egg.5
First, boil the water on high heat, fish out the floating meat foam, and then low heat. Continue until all the juice has been collected, add a little salt, and take it out of the pan. My entire process took 2 hours.
