Steps for nut bread

First heat the water in the microwave for 20 seconds, then add the yeast to stir, and leave for 5 minutes. Put the flour, sugar, milk powder and water with added yeast into the bread maker and knead it into a dough.

Then add butter and walnut kernels and continue to start the kneading process to form an expanded dough that pulls out the film. (Water should be added slowly, not all at once, depending on the water absorption of the flour).

Finally, the first fermentation is carried out in the bread machine (the current weather requires an appropriate extension of the fermentation time, about 2 hours)

When the dough is fermented to 2.5 times the size, take out the dough and flatten it and exhaust it.

Then divide evenly into six equal parts, round and wake for 20 minutes in the middle.

Apply butter to a baking sheet, knead the dough one by one and place it on the baking sheet, spray some water on it, then cover it with plastic wrap and allow for secondary fermentation at room temperature. It takes about 3 hours (if you want to ferment quickly, you can put it in the oven or microwave.) Add a bowl of boiling water below and change the water several times during the process. You can also turn on the oven or use a microwave to heat the water. It takes about an hour to complete the fermentation)

When the dough is fermented to twice its size, press the dough surface with your hand and cut a cross on the dough with scissors. Finally, brush a layer of egg liquid on the dough.(Since I am vegetarian for breakfast and bread is used for breakfast, I omitted the egg liquid and sprayed a little water instead.)

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes.
