Ingredients: One perch. Ingredients: one onion, spring onions and ginger.

Seasoning: cooking wine, steamed fish soy sauce.

Turn the washed fish slices into fish slices, keeping the head and tail intact; marinate with cooking wine for 10 minutes.

Take a large piece of tin foil, cut the onions into slightly thicker strands and spread them on the foil, and then add slices of green onion and ginger.

Finally, neatly stack the marinated fish slices on the top and seal them.

Place the tin foil packets in the pan.

Turn on medium heat and steam until the tinfoil wrap expands and bulges. Change to low heat for 2 minutes and turn off the heat.

After turning off the heat for 3 minutes, use a knife to cut it open from the middle, sprinkle with shredded green onion and ginger, pour on steamed fish soy sauce, and then sprinkle with a little hot oil to serve.
