Steps for Sesame bun

1
The butter melts in the water. Blanch the milk box with hot water, put butter, egg liquid, milk, sugar, yeast, and salt together, stir to melt the sugar as much as possible. (The picture didn't have time to shoot, so I used the previous one, sorry)
2
Put the flour into a bowl, slowly pour in the liquid, and stir until there are no bumps.
3
Put proper amount of hot water in the steamer, place the basin on the grate, and allow the dough to ferment. I originally wanted to ferment and shape it, but the temperature was too low, so I left it all night.
4
In the morning, the dough was fermented to twice its size, cut it into pieces with scissors, simply round it with your hands, and placed it in the oven to ferment for 10 minutes with the fermentation function. (I have to go to work and don't have much time to wait).
5
Brush the dough with a layer of egg liquid and sprinkle with black sesame seeds or coconut paste.
6
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees, add the bread, and bake for about 20 minutes. (Just take one away after roasting)
