Home-style pancakes
Pancakes are also one of the foods you like to eat. If you like to eat pancakes, you might as well try them. I find that every time I cook, it is night, so the light is not good. Please forgive me, haha.

Steps for Home-style pancakes

1
Place the flour in the basin.
2
I used this kind of bowl and used 5 bowls, about 5 sheets.
3
The most important thing about pancakes is to mix the dough. You can't use cold water to mix it, so the dough of the pancakes will be very hard. Therefore, for the first bowl of water, mix it with hot water first, so that the dough of the pancakes will be soft, and then use warm water to mix it. I used about 2 small bowls of water. Knead the flour into a ball and let it rest for about 15 minutes to wake up and make it fully soft together.
4
Pour the cooking oil on the rolled surface, spread the oil evenly in half, and then sprinkle with salty salt. I used about 3 tablespoons of salt (it is best to sprinkle the salty salt by hand, so that it can be more uniform. The salty salt cannot be too little, otherwise the pancake will have no taste and no fragrance.) After sprinkled chopped green onion on it, sprinkle some dry flour on it, spreading it evenly, so that the baked cake can be separated in the middle.
5
Finally, roll up the dough for later use.
6
Divide the rolled surface evenly into 5 portions.
7
Then pinch both sides tightly and twist it into a round shape like twisting a twist (as in a picture) If oil flows out of both sides, it doesn't matter, just make some dry noodles. Finally, use a rolling pin to roll it out again for later use.
8
Pour the oil into the pan, about 1 tablespoon, over medium heat.
9
Put the pancakes into the pan and use a shovel to turn the pancakes in one direction so that the pancakes are fully covered with oil.
10
Then turn the pancakes over and turn them in the pan again. After stopping for about 30 seconds, use a shovel to turn the pancakes in the pan in one direction so that the pancakes will not burn. Turn them over until one side turns golden. Also like the previous side, turning while branding.

In about 5 minutes, a pancake will be ready.
