I like vegetables, eggplant, and potatoes, so how can I not love three delicacies?

The first time I tasted Di San Xian was in a Northeast restaurant. After taking a bite, I praised the dish for its delicious taste. Then a friend said it was called Di San Xian. She used to order this dish when she was at school in Beijing. Having been living in Jiangnan, I really rarely taste northern dishes. Moreover, I have never been to any area north of Jiangsu, let alone taste authentic local three delicacies. Moreover, they are not authentic materials and authentic people, so we can't eat authentic local three delicacies, so we can just eat the improved version and feel the Northeast flavor.

    Prepare materials.

    Peel the potatoes and chop them into pieces. Wash the long eggplant, remove the stalks, and cut it into hob pieces with skin. After removing the stalks and seeds of the green and red peppers, cut them into triangles.

    Microwave the eggplant and potatoes on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Then put a little oil in the oil pan and fry the eggplant for 1 minute and the potatoes for 2 minutes until the skin is slightly golden. Fry the green and red peppers for about 20 seconds.
