It belongs to the liver, spleen and kidney meridians, and has the effects of harmonizing the spleen, promoting water, stopping bleeding, and improving eyesight. Therefore, in order to eliminate fire, avoid rheumatism and treat waist and leg pain, in our hometown in Hunan, every household cooks local vegetables eggs on March 3 every year, and the number of eggs must be odd, because the prescription is also known as "unilateral" in Hunan dialect, so the number of eggs must be odd.
