Braised corn with wings
By RethaStanton
This is a dish that my daughter likes to mix with rice. Stewed corn is even more delicious than meat. Just in time for my daughter to replenish some coarse grains.

Steps for Braised corn with wings

1
Add oil in a wok, add pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.
2
Add the wings and stir fry. After the wings are evenly wrapped in oil, add rock sugar and stir-fry. (This step is very critical. You must keep stir-frying. You must not leave the person in the middle, otherwise it will get stuck or burn the pan.)
3
After frying the rock sugar, add the stock. (You need more soup because it needs to be stewed.)
4
Bring to a boil over high heat and turn to a low heat.
5
After simmer for ten minutes, add corn and cook. (Corn can be raw or ripe. If it is raw, it must be put in from the beginning. I cook it at home, so I can just put it at this time.) The corn needs to be turned in the middle.
6
Ten minutes later, the juice was collected on the fire.
7
Pour on the plate and sprinkle with cilantro.Braised corn with wings Make Tips
When I took pictures, I didn't put the juice on it for the sake of beauty. In fact, rice bibimbap with soy sauce is the best.
