Steps for Roll shredded pork with dough dough

Use a rolling pin to roll the dumpling skin thinner.

Heat the pan (no oil is needed) and add the rolled dough. After you look familiar, turn your face over. (Blistering in the middle is preferred)

Add egg white and starch to shredded pork and stir well.

Heat the oil pan, add the mixed shredded pork, and disperse with chopsticks. After stir-frying and discoloring, remove for later use.

Add less oil into the pan, add appropriate amount of ketchup and sweet flour paste, and stir-fry well.

After stir-frying the sauce, add the shredded pork and stir-fry well, add appropriate amount of salt and sesame oil and serve out of the pan.

Shred green onions and cucumber and place on a plate. Pour the fried shredded pork on the shredded green onions and shredded cucumber.

Use the prepared dough sheet, roll the fried shredded pork, add some green onions and shredded cucumber, and eat together.
