I made it according to everyone's recipe. It's really like jelly ~ It's delicious. Our hometown calls it Chicken Cake, so I named it this.

I saw other people steaming it for 8 minutes. I looked at my watch and opened it for eight minutes. It was not yet cooked. The middle one had not yet solidified, so I could continue to steam for another four to five minutes. I opened it for about ten minutes at my own house to see if it was cooked. If it was not cooked, I could continue to steam for another two minutes, because the fire size of each house is different ~
