Steps for Yogurt mousse cake

Stir 300 grams of yogurt until smooth. I make this yogurt myself. It is very thick and has a good taste. I recommend you buy a yogurt machine to make your own yogurt. It's really good.

Add 35 grams of water to gelatine tablets and melt them through water.

Mix the gelatine water into the yogurt paste.

Beat light milk to 7 and distribute it.

Mix the light milk and yogurt.

Put a piece of Qifeng cake in a 6-inch cake mold.

Spread a layer of mousse paste without covering the cake slices.

Decorate with strawberries around it.

Put a piece of cake on it.

Pour all the mousse paste into the mold, shake it hard a few times, smooth it out, and place it in the refrigerator for 1 night.

Take out the cake that has been refrigerated for one night and demold it. You can use a hair dryer to blow around the mold to facilitate demold.
