stir-fried noodles
This is also the big mixed noodles cooked at my parents 'house on the New Year. During the New Year, there will be some vegetables left over and I can't finish them all, so I will save them for fried noodles the next morning without having to match them with other ingredients. It's a lot of trouble!

Steps for stir-fried noodles

Ingredients needed: -Noodles, fish cake, ginger, onion, garlic, slices of pork, cabbage (and leftover overnight dishes) Seasonings: chili sauce, ketchup, sugar, chicken powder.

Heat the onion oil in a pan, saute the shredded ginger, onions, garlic and fish cake until fragrant.

Pour in the marinated meat slices and stir-fry.

Pour in the overnight dishes and stir fry for a while.

Then add the cabbage and stir-fry well. (Seeing that there were too many ingredients, cabbage was not added in the end)

Add appropriate amount of water and stir-fry.

Add chili paste, ketchup, sugar and chicken essence powder and stir fry well.

Bring the sauce to a boil, add the dough, and saute over high heat until thoroughly mixed with the ingredients.

After the noodles are cooked, they can be served into a large plate.
