Steps for mashed potato beef patty

Heat the pan with high heat without adding oil, add the minced beef, and stir fry slightly until the beef changes color. Remove and drain the oil.

Chop onions, garlic, and green onions (you can save), add oil, and stir fry over high heat until you smell the aroma of onions. No need to serve it.

Pour the stir-fried minced beef into the pan.

Add a lot of chili sauce, a little bit of tomato sauce, and a little bit of water, and stir fry.

Finally, sprinkle in a small amount of flour (dry starch) to thicken.

Remove from the pan, place into a baking sheet, and add a piece of bay leaf (you can save).

Cover or seal the baking sheet with tinfoil and place in the (electric) oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven, remove the bay leaves from the beef meat and discard them.

Dice radish, mix into beef meat paste,(you can also add green beans and corn kernels), add a small amount of vegetable essence (you can replace it with mushroom essence if not available), and mix well.

Place mashed potatoes on top of minced beef.

Use a spoon to flatten the mashed potatoes and use a fork to draw simple lines on the mashed potatoes. Unlid, place in the (electric) oven again at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

Put in the (electric) oven again at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Serve only until the surface of the mashed potatoes is hard after removal.
