Steps for Pineapple garland bread

1
Ingredients: 200g high flour, 50g low flour, 40g sugar, 2.5g salt, 2.5g yeast, 25g egg, 130g milk, 25g butter Filling: pineapple, rock sugar
2
Select the kneading work position and mix the dough for 20 minutes, add the butter and continue kneading.
3
After the bread machine completes the dough mixing process, you can check whether the dough has reached the expansion stage.
4
Fermentation until twice its original size for the first time, and gently squeeze the dough with your hands to remove air bubbles.
5
Remove the dough and divide it into the required portions.
6
Round and ferment for 15 minutes
7
Cut the fresh pineapple into small pieces, place it in the pan and add a little water and rock sugar.
8
Cook until soft, glutinous and thick, let cool and set aside.
9
Press the fermented dough flat and roll it with a rolling pin into a flat oval shape; roll it up from top to bottom and pinch the bottom edge tightly.
10
Slowly rub the noodles long, gently tie them into a single knot, pass the long end from below, turn it down and pinch tightly with the other end, and place the shaped dough on the baking sheet.
11
Place the baking sheet on the top layer of the oven, place a plate of hot water at the bottom of the oven, close the oven door for final fermentation, about 40 minutes, until fermentation is twice as large.
12
After fermentation is complete, remove it and brush the surface with a layer of egg liquid.
13
Stuff with pineapple pieces.
14
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, heat it up and down on the middle layer, for 15 minutes.
