Shell the shrimp, string the shrimp, and cut into small pieces; dice the carrots; beat the eggs for later use.

Wash the pineapple, remove the top cover, use a spoon to dig out the pulp and cut it into small grains for later use. Empty the pineapple into a pineapple cup, and use a kitchen tissue to absorb the excess juice in the cup.
