Smoke and dry slices.

Slice the meat and marinate the meat with water starch and cooking wine for a while.

Heat the oil and add the pork slices.

Add the bean paste and stir fry to produce red oil.

Smoke it dry, add soy sauce, cook wine, stir fry, and dull for a while.

Add the right amount of water and cook it for a while.(Beans must be cooked more to taste it.) Finally, add the chicken essence and serve the pot.
