Oiled glutinous rice is a famous specialty of Fuling. Since I have never been to Fuling and have never tasted authentic fermented glutinous rice, I just made a new version of fermented glutinous rice based on the legends of the older generation and combined with actual needs.
The fermented rice is sweet and not greasy, and is very nutritious. It also has the effect of clearing breast and eliminating evil. Generally, after giving birth to pregnant women, they should be given to pregnant women to recover their bodies as soon as possible. This time I made it for an expectant mother.
