Steps for Stewed chicken wings and root meat with bean curd

1
Clean the chicken wings and remove the bones.
2
Sprinkle with a little salt and black pepper on one side of the meat.

Put half a piece of fermented bean curd in a small bowl, add fermented bean curd juice, and knead it, then add sugar, soy sauce and water and mix well.
4
Put half a tablespoon of oil in the pan and heat it up, add the chicken, skinned side down, and fry slowly over medium heat.
5
Fry until colored and then fry the other side, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
6
Turn to low heat and pour in the fermented bean curd juice.
7
Use a spatula to stir constantly to make the chicken stick to the sauce (add some water if it is too sticky to the pan).
8
When the sauce thickens, take up the chicken and pour the remaining sauce on top.
