Steps for Portuguese egg tarts

Put the ingredients except egg yolk and low flour in a pan and heat to melt the sugar.

Cool to room temperature and add low powder to it.

Add egg yolks.

Stir it up.

Cut piecrust into small pieces.

Place on a baking sheet and smooth, making the bottom thinner as possible.

Add the egg tarts until 70% full, place them in the oven at 210℃, and bake for 25 minutes.
