Changsheng cake
Every year, on the day before Qingming Festival, some are made, and the first pot is taken to the grave to worship the ancestors. When I drank the soup the next morning, I thought I might be praying to our ancestors to bless us for a happy life: (This was the first time I made it, but I didn't do it well. Please forgive me. As long as I knew it was happening again)

Steps for Changsheng cake

1
Prepare peanuts.
2
Cut the peanuts into pieces.
3
Chop the chives and set aside.
4
Minced peanuts, chives, fresh fennel tips (I don't have them at home, so I don't put them), flour, salt, pepper, and mix them into a meatball batter.
5
Squeeze meatballs and fry them. When they are slightly shaped, use a colander to flatten them. The flatter they are, the better they taste.
6
Fry until golden brown.
7
You can eat it directly, but my daughter-in-law will eat it directly with salad dressing and ketchup!
