I liked pasta very much, so I bought my own ingredients to make it. I made it for the first time. I did my homework before making it and used a mixture of two flavors: white sauce and red sauce. It was really good. It's more delicious than just eating red sauce.

Combine the ingredients, cut the garlic cloves, diced onions, shredded tomatoes, and blanch the broccoli before cooking.

First prepare homemade dough paste. If you haven't bought Italian pasta sauce, make it the same way. The taste is the same. Cross the tomatoes and put them into boiling water to blanch the skin, then cut it into pieces. Heat the olive oil in the pan, stir fry the minced beef and onions., then pour in the shredded tomatoes, and then add the purchased bagged Italian pasta sauce (add ketchup if there is no one), add a little salt and black pepper powder. The homemade dough sauce is ready.

Boil the noodles with boiling water, spread the pasta vertically naturally, and cook for about seven minutes.

When the noodles are almost ready, you can prepare the hot pan. Heat the olive oil, stir-fry the garlic cloves until fragrant, add the milk and cream, and stir clockwise.

Pour in the cooked pasta, and the juice prepared first must not go over the pasta.

Stir and shake the pan until the dough completely absorbs the juice.

Add shredded basil leaves, basil leaves are the key, and this is the unique taste of pasta.

The dough has completely absorbed the juice. When you see the broken basil leaves evenly adhered to the pasta, use a fork to rotate it in time, as shown in the picture, ready to serve.

Cover with the prepared dough paste and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper. The freshly ground is more fragrant. Supermarkets generally have freshly ground black pepper bottles for sale.

When eating, you can add shredded black pepper and flour paste according to your preferences, but don't put too much flour paste, which will affect the taste of the pasta itself. There is already a preparation of white sauce, so there is no need to add a lot of red sauce.
