Steps for Roll-edge pizza

  • 1
PIZZA sauce preparation: Chop onions and garlic cloves, put appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pan, add onion cubes, stir-fry until the onion is fragrant, add minced garlic, stir fry until the garlic is fragrant, add other PIZA sauce ingredients, stir fry evenly, turn to high heat, collect the thick soup, remove the pan and let cool. Dough making: Dissolve the dry yeast in warm water, mix it with the dough materials, other than salad oil, and knead it into dough, then add the salad oil, and slowly knead it until the dough absorbs the salad oil. At first, the oil was not easy to rub in, but slowly started to rub in until the dough did not have a greasy feel, the oil was completely absorbed into the dough, and the surface of the dough was smooth without too many tendons. Put the kneaded dough aside to ferment. (Picture, posted noodles)

Make PIZZA1. Pour a little oil on the bottom of the pizza plate and brush evenly so that the baked cake base will be crispy, just like Pizza Hut. 2. Remove the fermented dough, roll it with a rolling pin until it is about the size of the PIZZA plate, and place it in the PIZZA plate. 3. Use a fork to make small holes in the bottom of the cake to avoid bulging during the baking process. This trick is very useful. 4. Spread the fried PIZZA sauce on the bottom of the cake, place the rolled small Q sausage around, and sprinkle about 20-30 grams of shredded cheese on top in the center. 5. Laying the materials, vegetables first and meat later. 6. After laying it all, brush all exposed surfaces with egg liquid.

Preheat the oven to 210 degrees, middle layer of the oven for 20 minutes, take out, spread the remaining 80 grams of cheese on PIZZA, add back into the oven, for about 8 minutes, the cheese melts and can be baked.

  • Roll-edge pizza Make Tips

Reminder: Don't go overboard with the ingredients just because you're making it at home. Remember not to stack the toppings too thickly; just keep it moderate. Otherwise, it won't cook through. My personal experience: Don't assume that pizza is an easy dish to make. The preparation before the exam took me an entire afternoon. As for the baking process, not only do you have to time it accurately, but you also have to keep a close eye on it. The only usable oven in our building is on the 8th floor, so I have to make three trips there just to bake one pizza (it's really inconvenient having only one baking sheet!). So, making delicious food also requires a lot of patience~ O(∩_∩)O
