Japanese-style terrayaki pork and shrimp

In the past, when making prawns, I used to make prawns steamed prawns in salt water or steamed prawns in oil. Today, I changed my style to make prawns and made them with Kuke 100 Japanese Teraki Sauce.

- cooking wine appropriate amount

Steps for Japanese-style terrayaki pork and shrimp

Wash the prawns.

Marinate with cooking wine.

Kuke 100 Japanese Teraki sauce.

Pour Japanese Teryaki sauce into a bowl.

String the prawns with bamboo sticks.

Brush the sauce evenly onto the shrimp.

Place in preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.

Remove, brush with sauce, and place in oven again for 6 minutes.

Take it out the second time.

Turn over and brush with sauce.

Place in the oven for 5 minutes.

Just take it out.

Place it on a plate.

Remove the bamboo stick, place it on a plate, and enjoy it.
