Steps for Jelly salad

Soak the jellyfish skin for 12 hours, rinse it thoroughly, and cut it into strips.

Shred half of the carrot and set aside. (The wire cutter I use is super fast! Hehe ~)

Cut the onions into chopped green onions; take a small bowl and add 4 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of mature vinegar, and half a teaspoon of chicken powder (the amount depends on your preference. I only like it a little sour, so use this ratio.)

Put all ingredients on a plate, add in the seasoning, and use chopped green onions on top.

Place a pot and put 1 teaspoon of oil, cook until smoking, sprinkle on the chopped green onion, mix well with chopsticks, and finish.
