Kung Pao Chicken
By FernMitchell
Who says you have to choose chicken legs for stir-fried Kung Pao chicken? I only use chicken breast meat, which is quite smooth, tender and delicious! Slightly spicy, salty and fresh, with a sweet aftertaste. It is a good dish to go with rice. Please try it!
