Steps for sweet and sour pork ribs

1
Cut the ribs into small pieces and wash them. Add water to boil the ribs for 30 minutes and remove them. Add some salt when cooking. Don't pour away the soup. Set aside. Chop the shallots and set aside.
2
Marinate the cooked ribs with 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar for 20 minutes. Remember to flip it more often to make it even.
3
After slightly controlling the moisture in the pickled ribs, the surface of the ribs is crispy with high heat. Because it has been cooked, as long as the surface is fried crispy and you have to turn over frequently. I fried it a little too much.
4
Add the pork ribs, pickle the juice of the pork ribs, then add a small bowl of pork ribs soup, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and bring to a boil over high heat. Add a little salt to enhance the flavor. Cook for about 10 minutes. When the soup is thick, add 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and a little MSG.
5
Remove from the pot and serve on a plate, sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
