Grilled ribs in teriyaki sauce
By BradyHuels
This is the first time I am making grilled pork ribs, and I am quite satisfied with making such a finished product. Compared with roast beef, roasting pork ribs is easier and gives people a sense of accomplishment. This time I used COOK100 Japanese-style Teryaki sauce. The strong sauce aroma is very evocative.

1. This rib is roasted twice. Wrap in tin foil and bake for the first time to retain the moisture inside the ribs and make them tender and juicy. Removing the tin foil for the second time and baking it at high temperature can dry the water on the surface of the ribs, bringing a crisp outside and tender inside. 2. Marinate the ribs and refrigerate them for 1-2 days. The taste will be best.
