Dry stir-fried leeks and scrambled eggs

Steps for Dry stir-fried leeks and scrambled eggs

1 Wash the leeks first and soak them in water for 5 minutes.

Remove the soaked leeks, cut them into small pieces, place them on a plate for later use.

Beat the eggs into a bowl and mix well.

Add half a teaspoon of oil to the pan and shake the pan until the oil is covered. Wait for the oil to heat, add in the eggs and fry well.

Fry the eggs until golden brown, remove and place on a plate. Set aside.

Don't add oil to the scrambled egg pan and wait until the pan is hot. Add leeks and stir-fry them while adding a little salt and stir-fry well.

Add salt and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add eggs and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

Pour into a plate.
