Shredded seaweed salad
When it comes to daily food with the highest iodine content, seaweed deserves it.

Coincidentally, when I was tidying up the kitchen, I found a bundle of seaweed hanging behind the door. Haha, it didn't take much effort to get it. If we handled it simply, we would also replenish iodine.

  • dried kelp appropriate amount
  • shredded carrots appropriate amount
  • garlic appropriate amount
  • pepper oil appropriate amount
  • sesame oil appropriate amount
  • salt appropriate amount
  • sugar appropriate amount
  • vinegar appropriate amount

    Prepare dried seaweed and shake off the floating dust.

    Place the dried seaweed in a steamer and steam for 30-40 minutes.

    Remove and soak in clear water for 2-3 hours.

    Wash and shred.

    Add appropriate amount of vinegar to boiling water, blanch the shredded seaweed for 5 minutes, and soak in cold water.
