Steamed eggs with whitebait
By KaileeNienow
We are rich in a small whitebait called white rice fish. Because it grows at the junction of salty and fresh water at the mouth of the sea, it is extremely fat. This thing seems to be produced everywhere from south to north, in the sea, lakes and rivers. It is transparent when it is alive, and white when it dies, so we call it white rice fish, haha. In some places, they even make dry goods for sale, but I prefer fresh and delicious ones.
