When I was in school in China, there was a small greedy cat shop in the school, which specialized in making roast chicken. It was very delicious. I would go to eat it almost every week. After coming to the United States, I missed the roast chicken there very much, so I thought about it for a while and made this roast chicken.

Steps for roasted chicken
