Steps for Broccoli in tomato sauce

Set aside broccoli, carrots, and tomatoes.

Cut broccoli into pieces, wash it, and blanch it in water.

Slice carrot slices, cut tomatoes into slices, and finely chopped shallot.

Heat the oil, add chopped green onion and saute until fragrant, add the tomatoes.

Stir fry the tomatoes and add appropriate amount of ketchup.

Stir fry the sauce until thick and add carrot slices.
