Steps for Walnut kernel and sesame paste

Use a blender to break the walnut kernels and black sesame peanuts respectively.

Mix the crushed walnuts, sesame seeds and peanuts evenly.

Spread a layer of rock sugar on top of it, place it on a pan and steam over medium heat for an hour, stirring several times during the steaming process to allow the rock sugar to blend into the paste. It is usually steamed three times until the oil in the walnuts, sesame seeds and peanuts is completely integrated.

Put appropriate amount of walnut and sesame paste in the milk pan.

Add appropriate amount of water and a little bit of Nur 'er' er 'red rice wine.

Bring to a boil, beat in an egg and stir for a while.

Then take it out of the pot and you can eat it.
