I am very excited to buy the frying pan from Lekou online. It is so beautiful. I can't wait to try out its functions. Haha, then fry a pot of dumplings. It is simple and delicious.

Steps for fried dumplings

Prepare dumplings (make them yourself or quick-frozen ones) If they are quick-frozen, you don't need to be thawed

Open fire and pour appropriate amount of oil into the bottom of the pot (not too much)

Spread the oil over the bottom of the pot

Cover the pan and bring the water to a boil over high heat

When the water boils, turn down the fire

Use low heat to fry the water slowly and dry. After you can sprinkle with some oil according to your personal preference

Continue frying for a few minutes. The dumplings will be transparent. You can use a spatula to lift the bottom to see if they are golden yellow. You can start the pot. The dumplings are not burnt. It's just the crust on the side that is easy to burn.
