Steps for Piggy Bean Bun

Ingredients: flour, sweet root powder, bean paste filling, yeast, milk powder

Dissolve the yeast in warm water and let stand for 5 minutes, then pour the yeast water into the flour.

Knead into dough with a smooth surface.

Add a little boiling water to the sweet root powder and stir well.

Divide the dough into the required amount and add natural colors to knead it.

Knead until evenly colored.

Place in a container and ferment in a warm place until twice as large.

Kneak the fermented dough evenly and round, and ferment for 15 minutes.

Divide into the required small portions and wrap in the bean paste filling.

Close your mouth and squeeze it tightly down to make a pig's body.

Roll the pink dough into thin slices and press it into slices to use it as pig ears. (I used cookies to mold the mouth of a reindeer)

Roll out the nose into an oval with round dough sheet, and use chopsticks to tie two eyes on it as nostrils; rub a small piece of noodles, wrap it around a half-eight character and press it back to make a pig's tail.
