Steps for stir-fried boned pork with carrot

Wash and slice the carrots.

Bone and slice the meat.

Heat the pan with oil, add a little green onion and ginger, and stir-fry the boned meat until it changes color.

Add the carrots and stir fry.

Add the remaining spring onions and ginger, add salt, and stir fry with the five-spice powder until the carrots are soft, then stir fry for two minutes and serve out.
