Steps for Red wine jelly

50g of red wine, 200g of water, 30g of white sugar, about 80g of an orange, and 2.5 tablets of gelatine.

Cut the gelatine into pieces, soak in cold water to soften, and set aside.

Add 30g of white granulated sugar to 200g of water and heat until melted.

Squeeze out the orange juice, add the white sugar water, and continue to cook over low heat.

Add soft and squeezed gelatine tablets.
