Steps for Neapolitan pizza

Yeast water and dough.

Mix into a smooth dough and proofed at 16 degrees for 8 hours.

Cut the cheese into small cubes.

Press the awakened dough with your hands into a rectangle with a higher height on all sides.

Use a pan to fry the bottom until golden brown.

Brush pizza sauce and sprinkle with cheese grains.

220 degrees, 8 minutes. Garnish with basil or mint leaves on top.
