Steps for Luffa egg soup

Peel and wash the loofah, and cut it into slices.

Put 500 ml of water into the pan, add onions and ginger.

Add the loofah slices.

Bring to a boil over high heat, cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, and then add water starch.
