I have only eaten scrambled eggs with leeks, but this method of my GG really can't be called stir-frying. Instead, it's more practical, haha...

Steps for Pour eggs with leeks

Pick the leeks cleanly, wash them and drain them. Cut a section of about 1.5CM

Beat the eggs and add a little salt

Heat the oil in the pan, saute the minced garlic until fragrant, add the leeks and stir fry for about 3 minutes

Pour in the eggs and slowly pour along the middle of the leeks towards the edges, preferably covering all the leeks.

Slowly turn the leeks with a shovel until the eggs are basically set

Until all the eggs are turned into omelets, season with salt, stir slightly until the salt taste is uniform, and serve
