Fried potato cakes
I couldn't remember the Hui people's vegetarian meatballs made only with potatoes, so I fiddled around and beat them flat into potato cakes.

If you don't tell others the ingredients, most people won't be able to tell that they are made from potatoes.

  • spiced powder appropriate amount
  • sesame oil 2 drops
  • chicken essence a little

    Rub the potatoes, wash them several times, soak for a while, and dry them.

    Add coriander, salt, five-spice powder, sesame oil, and a little chicken essence, mix well, and control the water.

    Grab a piece, pat it flat with your palm, and place it in a 50% hot oil pan over medium heat. (The fire is too hot to cook the outside and the inside is too hot. The fire is too hot for snacks and there is too much oil)

    Fry until golden brown, turn over and continue to fry until done.

    Pour all the fried potato cakes into the oil pan again and fry them for a while before serving on the plate.
