I first tasted this mung bean braised rice when I was at school. I remember that I would always come to the braised rice stall and serve a bowl every time I passed by. Now that I have already graduated, I have left school and the city with braised rice, and now I remember that I can only do it myself to satisfy my cravings.

Steps for Mung bean braised rice

Wash the mung bean braised seeds and garlic for later use.

Cut the washed mung bean stew into small pieces.

Cut the garlic into minced garlic and place it in a bowl, add a little water and salt to set aside.

Pour sesame paste into a bowl and set aside.

Put a little water in the pan, add the braised seeds and stir fry over low heat.

When the water is basically stir-fried and the sesame paste and minced garlic are not added, turn on high heat and stir fry quickly for a few times to turn off the heat and serve the pan.
