Steps for Home-cooked eggplant

Wash the eggplant.

Break it into small pieces with your hands.

Slice pork.

Chop green onions and ginger.

Put oil in the pan, add the pork slices and stir fry.

Add spring onions and ginger and stir-fry.

Add cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, and salt.

Add the eggplant and stir fry.

Pour in appropriate amount of water and simmer for a while.
