Blanch the pork spine in water for later use.

Add water to the soup pot and bring to a boil. Add the boiled dragon bones.

Add the aniseed dried pepper, cinnamon, onion and ginger.

Put the oil in the frying pan and add the sugar.

Stir fry sugar until brownish red, add cooking wine and soy sauce, and bring to a boil.
